Every new client to our salon is required to fill out a client intake form to ensure that you understand our salon policy and to give consent to service being rendered.

Certain services require a non-refundable deposit prior to booking appointment. The deposit will be added to your final bill, but if you cancel your appointment the deposit will be forfeited.

ALL extension services require a consultation prior to service. Once we establish the look that you want a non-refundable deposit is required during your consultation and prior to giving you an appointment. The remainder of the balance is due when service is being rendered. All extensions are NON-REFUNDABLE and NOT RETURNABLE. 

A valid credit or debit card is required to book certain appointments, whether it's booked online, by phone/text or in person. If you book your appointment online you are agreeing to the cancellation policy. 

ALL cancelled or rescheduled appointments with less than 48-hour notice will be subject to a service charges. (Cancellation fee is determined by the type of service being rendered.) NO EXCEPTIONS

ALL No-Show appointments will be charged 50% of the service price, no exceptions.

A call/text or phone call must be made if cancelling less than 24 hours.  If you need to cancel after business hours please send a text to (717) 673-0063, and someone will get back to you on the next business day to reschedule. Also know that if your cancel your appointment more than three consecutive times, the salon can no longer book you any more appointments.

Reminders are sent 48 hours prior to your appointment either through email or text, and one hour before your appointment. A link will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will need to confirm your appointment by clicking that link. Failure to confirm, your appointment can be cancelled due to not confirming. 

If you arrive 15 minutes late to your appointment, you might need to reschedule due to the time that was reserved for you and curtesy to the next client after you. This will ensure that each client have adequate time for their service.

When receiving certain services (like waxing, eyelash services or certain color services) please be courteous and come showered, eyelashes cleaned, and clean hair. This will help ensure that we give you the best service possible.
